Rich and aromatic organic honey from SnillBie, harvested from the coastal heath on Bømlo, where the nearest neighbor is the wild sheep - and the ocean. The area is free from artificial fertiliser, plant spraying from agriculture, motorized traffic and pollution from industry. The good taste and consistency of the honey is a result of the heather combination the bees draw on (purple heather, bell heather and rush heather), and careful collection and processing. The honey is cold-pressed, which means that it has not been subjected to heating or other forms of artificial intervention. SnillBie honey is approved as an organic product by Debio.
