Refund policy

Introduction

When you place an order with us, you accept our terms of trade. All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK), and VAT is included. You will receive an order confirmation by email when your purchase is completed, so it's important that you provide the correct email address.

 

Shipping

We ship to addresses throughout Norway but

  • We encourage everyone living in the local area to pick up the goods at the farm. It's easy to pick up from us, and we have good infection control measures that ensure safe delivery.
  • NB! When shipping to Svalbard and Jan Mayen: Please contact us for manual ordering as separate calculations for shipping and VAT are necessary!

Shipping by mail costs NOK 99,- incl. VAT in Norway, except Svalbard and Jan Mayen. Frozen goods (e.g., mutton stew meat) cannot be shipped.

We also want to remind that the discount in the honey campaign is only for those who pick up the goods at the farm. This means that if you choose shipping as the delivery method and at the same time enter the discount code, you will be charged the equivalent amount of the discount afterward. This is because the campaign is aimed at those who pick up the goods at the farm, and this is clearly stated on the campaign page.

 

Delivery

Goods are shipped with the Postal service no later than the following day.

 

Payment

You can pay with Vipps or with a card through our payment provider, Stripe. Stripe is a world-leading provider of online payment services, guaranteeing that it's safe for you to pay in our online store. All payment information is encrypted, and we never have access to the card details you enter.

 

Return

If for some reason you do not want to keep a product, according to the right of withdrawal, you have a full return right within 14 days after the product is received. Important: Contact us by email or phone 917 35 873 as soon as possible if you wish to return a product, and you'll receive instructions on what to do next. Items to be returned must be unopened, with entirely intact packaging. Note that our goods are perishables and cannot be left in the mail. You pay for the return postage if the return isn't due to an error on our part. It's important to package the goods securely before sending.

 

Errors and Deficiencies

If you discover an error in your order or a product defect, please contact us immediately by email or phone 917 35 873. Errors and defects must be reported within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the error. Take a photo of the error as soon as you notice it and email it to us. We will do our best to agree on an amicable solution in such cases.

When you shop in our online store, we store the contact information you provide. This information is necessary for shipping goods and for our accounting. We never sell personal data and only share information where it's necessary to use a third party, such as a shipping subcontractor.

In the online store, we also use cookies to store login details and remember what you've added to your shopping cart.

We don't have access to any credit card information, see more under payment.

If you contact us via our contact form, these details are stored in our system to provide the best possible service and follow-up.

The regulations give you the right to access, correct, and delete the personal data we've stored about you. Contact the manager if you have requests or questions related to this.
